Returns & Refund Policy

Review the seller’s return policy and the offer description before purchase. If an item is damaged, incomplete or different from the agreed offer, open the relevant item in Your Orders and choose Return / Issue. Explain what happened and attach permitted support evidence when useful.

The original seller can respond in the private order room. An administrator records the return decision and handles any approved payment refund through the payment controls. Opening or closing a return request does not itself move money. An open return can hold the affected seller’s settlement until reviewed. Keep the conversation and supporting records with the original order.
