Marketplace Terms

Just Scribes Marketplace connects customers with independent personal and business sellers. Read the listing, seller policies and fulfilment details before ordering. Use Message Seller or Request a Custom Quote to agree any unresolved scope, delivery or price before checkout.

Checkout accepts fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The checkout does not add a separate shipping charge or calculate tax automatically. The published price must cover the offer and the taxes or delivery included in its description. Payment is confirmed through the selected payment method; a submitted order alone is not proof of payment.

Your private order records purchased items, seller fulfilment, messages, files and return requests. Keep payment and fulfilment updates in the order room. A seller membership change does not remove the original customer order. Read the shipping and pickup rules, returns process and the seller policies before purchasing.
